Join Us for the South Pacific Carnival at Oak Flats Bowling Club

Oak Flats Bowling Club is thrilled to host part of the South Pacific Carnival for 2025, a highlight on the Illawarra’s bowls calendar. This prestigious tournament will take place between Christmas and New Year, bringing together bowlers from across the region for three days of thrilling competition and camaraderie.

Event Schedule

Mark your calendars for the following events at Oak Flats Bowling Club:

• Sunday 28 December: Open Pairs
• Monday 29 December: Open Singles
• Tuesday 30 December: Mixed Pairs

Each day, play will commence at 9:00am and continue until approximately 4:00pm, with around 100 bowlers participating. Competitors will engage in three games of sectional play daily, with winners advancing to the knockout finals at Kiama Bowling Club.

The finals will begin on 31 December and conclude with the Grand Finals on 6 January. This event not only celebrates the sport but also fosters a great club atmosphere, making it a favourite among local and visiting bowlers alike.
